Refund Policy

1. Digital Product

NiveshQ provides digital financial calculation tools with instant delivery. When you make a payment, the detailed report and action plan are generated and made available to you immediately. Due to the nature of digital products with instant delivery, all sales are generally final.

2. When Refunds Are Available

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

Technical failure: You were charged but the detailed report was not delivered due to a technical error on our end (server error, payment verification failure, etc.).

Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same report due to a payment processing error.

3. When Refunds Are NOT Available

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

The detailed report and/or PDF action plan was successfully delivered and viewed.

You are dissatisfied with the calculation results (the tool performs mathematical calculations based on data you provide — results depend on input accuracy).

You entered incorrect portfolio data that led to inaccurate results.

Tax rules or NAV data changed after the report was generated.

You did not consult a tax advisor before acting on the report (as recommended in our disclaimer).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for eligible situations, email us at support@niveshq.com within 7 days of payment with the following details:

Your payment transaction ID or order ID

Date and approximate time of payment

Description of the issue (e.g., "payment charged but report not delivered")

Screenshot of the error, if applicable

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet). Refunds are processed through Cashfree Payments. The exact time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
