1. About NiveshQ

NiveshQ ("Platform", "we", "us") is a brand and product of JM Bros Infotech LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in Dhenkanal, Odisha, India. By accessing or using NiveshQ, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of Services

NiveshQ provides data-driven financial calculation tools for Indian retail mutual fund investors. These tools generate estimates, projections, and analysis based on data you provide and publicly available market data.

Important: NiveshQ is NOT a financial advisor, tax consultant, investment advisor, or portfolio manager. NiveshQ is NOT registered with SEBI (Securities and Exchange Board of India) or any other financial regulatory body. The tools and reports do not constitute investment advice, tax advice, or recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any securities.

3. No Investment Advice

All calculations, reports, harvest plans, and recommendations generated by NiveshQ tools are for informational and educational purposes only. They are based on mathematical models using data you provide, publicly available NAV data, and tax rules as understood at the time of calculation. You should always consult a qualified Chartered Accountant, tax advisor, or SEBI-registered investment advisor before making any investment or tax-related decisions.

4. Accuracy of Calculations

While we strive for accuracy, NiveshQ does not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or timeliness of any calculations. Tax rules, exemption limits, and regulations may change. NAV data is sourced from third-party APIs (mfapi.in) and may be delayed or inaccurate. The User is solely responsible for verifying all calculations with their tax advisor before acting on them.

5. User Data and Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter or upload into NiveshQ tools. We do not verify your portfolio data, transaction history, or personal financial information. Incorrect input will produce incorrect results. CAS files uploaded to NiveshQ are parsed entirely within your browser and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

6. Payments and Pricing

Certain features require a one-time payment. Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments, a RBI-licensed payment aggregator. NiveshQ does not store your payment card details, UPI credentials, or banking information. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect previously completed purchases.

7. Digital Delivery

Paid features are delivered instantly upon successful payment verification. This includes access to detailed reports, harvest plans, and downloadable PDF action reports. Since delivery is digital and instantaneous, please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

JM Bros Infotech LLP, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of NiveshQ, including but not limited to: financial losses from investment decisions influenced by our tools, incorrect tax calculations or filings based on our estimates, losses due to errors in third-party NAV data, losses due to changes in tax laws or regulations after reports were generated, or any action taken or not taken based on information provided by NiveshQ.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific tool or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, designs, logos, and code on NiveshQ are the intellectual property of JM Bros Infotech LLP. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of NiveshQ after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of NiveshQ shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhenkanal, Odisha, India.
